Morris K. Udall Foundation - Fellowship Award Application Deadline February 24, 2010
The Udall Foundation awards two one-year fellowships of up to $24,000 to doctoral candidates whose research concerns U.S. environmental public policy and/or U.S. environmental conflict resolution, and who are entering their final year of writing the dissertation. Dissertation Fellowships are intended to cover both academic and living expenses from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011. The application deadline is February 24, 2010. Woodrow Wilson Dissertation Fellowship National Fellowship Foundation Announces Newcombe Doctoral Dissertation Fellowships and Dissertation Fellowships in Women's Studies for Graduate Study
The Woodrow Wilson Dissertation Fellowships in Women's Studies encourage original and significant research about women and gender that crosses disciplinary, regional or cultural boundaries, including but not limited to, intersectionality, feminist theory and post-colonial studies. Previous Fellows have explored such topics as women, race and AIDS; lesbian spaces and economy; debating family values; race and pornography; international marriage migration. Recipients, to be announced in January 2010, will receive up to $3,000 to be used for dissertation-related expenses. If you are interested in applying, please visit www.woodrow.org/newcombe.
IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE!
As approved by the Graduate Council and Provost in Fall 2008, the application processing fee for both domestic and international students will increase from $30 to $40 per application, effective July 1, 2009. All applications received on or after July 1 must be accompanied by a $40 processing fee.
